The Video says:

It's been five years since Nancy Thompson waged her last battle with Freddy Krueger in that sinistar house on Elm Street. Jesse Walsh, the son of a new family in town, starts having bad dreams - he soon realizes there is some evil alive in the house. Many disturbing signs lead Jesse and his new girlfriend Lisa to try to figure out what's happening. They discover the grisly details about the local child-murderer, Freddy Krueger, who was burnt to death by town citizens years ago. Jesse's dreams are becoming frighteningly real, he feels himself succumbing to Freddy. After a bloody nightmare about the slaying of his gym teacher comes true, Jesse is convinced it wasn't Freddy Krueger, but himself, who was the murderer and that Freddy has possessed his body. Jesse confides in Lisa, who resolves to help rid him of the possession. A rampage of terror follows... will this nightmare ever end?

My Opinion:

Not as good as the first one, but then sequels rarely are. Robert Englund is the only actor who stands out, the rest are just finger fodder. A bit more of the story unfolds as we are taken to Freddy's "place of work". And yes, you guessed it, there is always the twist in the tale.
